Camble Community Guidelines

Effective Date: March 4th, 2026

These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") govern your behavior, communication, and content on the Camble platform (the "Service"), provided by Stream Foundry Limited. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Guidelines, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and lawful community. Violations of these Guidelines are taken seriously and may result in content removal, formal warnings, temporary or permanent suspension of your account, confiscation of virtual currency ("Gems"), device bans, or reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

1. General Conduct & Behavior

We expect all users to contribute to a positive environment.

1.1. Respectful Communication

  • Civil Discourse: Treat all users with respect and courtesy.
  • No Hate Speech: Do not engage in discrimination, hostility, or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or physical appearance.
  • No Abuse: Profanity, insults, degradation of dignity, and rude behavior are strictly prohibited.
  • No Harassment: Stalking, intimidation, bullying, or repeated unwanted contact is forbidden.

1.2. Integrity of Use

  • No Interference: You must not use third-party software, bots, scripts, or automation tools that alter the Service or interfere with its operation.
  • No Impersonation: Do not pretend to be another person, celebrity, or Camble staff member.
  • Non-Commercial Use: Unless explicitly approved, the platform is for personal interaction only.

2. Age and Identity Requirements

2.1. Strict 18+ Policy — The Service is exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years old.

2.2. Misrepresentation — Misrepresenting your age or identity is a severe violation. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors will be terminated immediately.

2.3. Reporting Minors — If you encounter a user who appears to be under 18, you are obligated to report it immediately using the in-app reporting tool.

2.4. Authentic Identity & Fake Profile Prevention

Camble is a real-people platform. Fake, impersonating, bot, and duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited, and we actively work to detect and remove them.

  • One real person per account: You must represent your true self. Creating accounts with false identities, stolen photos, or another person's likeness is forbidden.
  • No bots or automation: Automated, scripted, or programmatically operated accounts are not permitted.
  • Liveness & face verification: Because our camera rules require your live, unobscured face (see Section 3), profiles that rely on prerecorded video, avatars, filters, or photos of screens are treated as fake and removed.
  • Our procedures: We use a combination of automated signals (device, behavioral, and image checks) and human review to identify fake or fraudulent profiles. Confirmed fake accounts are removed, and associated devices may be banned.
  • Report fakes: If you believe a profile is fake or impersonating someone, report it using the in-app reporting tool. We review reported fake profiles and act within 24 hours (see Section 6).

3. Visual Standards & Camera Rules

3.1. Required Visual Standards

  • Face Visibility: Your full face must be clearly visible in the camera frame at all times.
  • Framing: Do not show any part of your body below the chest level.
  • Attire: You must not appear nude, in underwear, or in swimwear.

3.2. Prohibited Visual Acts

  • No Obscuring: Do not use unauthorized filters, masks, webcam emulators, avatars, or prerecorded videos.
  • No Redirecting: Do not point the camera at other screens, photographs, text, or third parties who have not consented.
  • No Illegal Items: Never display weapons, drugs, drug paraphernalia, or items associated with violence.
  • No Genitals: Exposure of intimate body parts is strictly prohibited.

4. Text & Messaging Standards

The chat function is for personal communication only. Prohibited actions:

  • No Spam: Do not send bulk messages, repetitive text, or copy-paste spam.
  • No External Links: Sending links to external websites, social media, or messengers is forbidden.
  • No Promotions: Do not send advertising content or commercial offers.
  • No Call-to-Action: Do not ask users to vote, subscribe, visit external sites, or donate.
  • No Personal Data: Do not share or request private contact details in public chats.

5. Prohibited Content & Zero Tolerance

5.1. Sexual and Explicit Content

While Camble is for adults, we prohibit:

  • Pornographic acts, sexual intercourse, or simulation of sexual acts;
  • Masturbation or close-ups of sexual organs;
  • Solicitation of sexual services or offering sexual content in exchange for money;
  • Advertising, promoting, arranging, or soliciting escort services, prostitution, or any commercial sexual services, whether on or off the platform;
  • Use of sex toys during broadcasts.

Camble does not host, promote, or facilitate any of the above. Advertisements or referrals for escort or prostitution-related services will be removed and the responsible accounts permanently banned.

5.2. Child Safety (CSAM) - Zero Tolerance

  • Strict Prohibition: You must not post, share, stream, or solicit content depicting minors in a sexualized way.
  • Consequences: Any violation will result in an immediate permanent ban, preservation of data, and reporting to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement.

5.3. Violence and Threats

  • No Violence: Do not depict real-life violence, gore, torture, or animal cruelty.
  • No Threats: Do not threaten, incite, encourage, or intimidate any person with violence or physical harm. This includes threats made in video, text, or voice, whether directed at users, our staff, or third parties.
  • No Glorification: Do not celebrate, endorse, or call for violence against any individual or group.
  • No Self-Harm: Promotion or depiction of suicide, self-mutilation, or eating disorders is forbidden.
  • No Extremism: Do not promote terrorist organizations or violent extremist ideologies.

5.4. Human Trafficking & Exploitation — We prohibit any content or behavior that facilitates human trafficking, modern slavery, or forced labor.

5.5. Fraud & Illegal Activities (AML)

  • No Scams: Fraudulent schemes, money flipping, or phishing.
  • No Money Laundering: Using "Gems" for illicit financial transactions is prohibited.
  • No Illegal Goods: Buying, selling, or promoting illegal drugs, firearms, or counterfeit goods.

6. Reporting & Moderation

6.1. Camble employs a hybrid system of automated AI tools and human moderators who monitor content 24/7.

6.2. If you see a violation, use the in-app reporting button immediately. You may also submit a complaint by email to support@streamfoundry.io or by phone at +357 96 396801.

6.3. Complaint Handling Process

We take every report seriously and handle complaints through a consistent process:

  • Submit: Report the content, profile, or behavior through the in-app tool or by email. Where possible, include the User ID and a brief description of what happened.
  • Acknowledge & review: Each complaint is logged and reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, supported by automated detection tools.
  • Action within 24 hours: We act on reports within 24 hours of receipt. Depending on the findings, action may include removing content, suspending or banning the account, or the other measures listed in Section 7. Content posing an imminent or severe risk (such as CSAM, threats of violence, or trafficking) is prioritized and actioned as quickly as possible.
  • Outcome: Where appropriate, we notify the reporting user and the affected account of the outcome. Severe or illegal violations are escalated to the relevant authorities.

6.4. Repeatedly submitting false or abusive reports is itself a violation and may result in penalties.

6.5. Non-Consensual & Illegal Content Removal

We provide a priority process for the removal of illegal content and of intimate content shared without the consent of the person depicted ("non-consensual intimate imagery"):

  • How to request removal: Report it in-app, or contact support@streamfoundry.io or +357 96 396801. You do not need to be a registered user to request removal of content depicting you.
  • Priority review: Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery, CSAM, or other illegal content are treated as high priority and reviewed within 24 hours. Confirmed content is removed and, where required, preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities.
  • Appeal: If content depicting you is not removed, or if you believe content was removed in error, you may appeal by following the process in Section 8. Appeals concerning non-consensual content are re-reviewed by our Trust & Safety team.

7. Enforcement Actions

When a violation is confirmed, actions may include:

  • Content Removal: Deletion of the offending content.
  • Warning: A formal notification of the violation.
  • Gem Confiscation: Removal of virtual currency obtained via prohibited activity.
  • Temporary Suspension: Restriction of access for a set period.
  • Device/IP Ban: Blocking access from specific devices or networks.
  • Permanent Ban: Irreversible termination of the account.
  • Legal Action: Reporting to law enforcement agencies.

Note: Severe violations (CSAM, terrorism, trafficking, severe fraud) result in an immediate permanent ban without prior warning.

8. Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or content removed in error:

  • Contact us at support@streamfoundry.io.
  • Include your User ID, the date of the action, and a detailed explanation.
  • Our Trust & Safety team will review the case. Decisions after appeal review are final.

9. Updates to Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
