End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal contract between you ("User", "you") and Chat Technology, a company incorporated and operating under the laws of Cyprus, with its registered address at Level 5, Maeva Tower Cybercity, Maeva Town, Mauritius, ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Camble mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

1.1. The Company grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device in accordance with this EULA and the App Store/Google Play rules.

1.2. You acknowledge that the App and all related content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned and copyrighted by Chat Technology.

1.3. You are not permitted to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, resell, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or any of its components.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. Use of Camble requires registration using an email address or third-party login (Google or Apple).

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

2.3. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using Camble, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Freemium Model and Virtual Currency

3.1. Camble operates on a freemium model. Basic features are free, while some premium features require the use of virtual in-app currency ("Hard Currency").

3.2. Hard Currency can be purchased through the App using real money or earned via in-app activities.

3.3. Hard Currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

3.4. The purchase of virtual currency is final and non-refundable, even if your account is later suspended or terminated.

4. Paid Features

4.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue paid features at any time without compensation.

5. User Content

5.1. You may create, upload, or share content (messages, images, videos, profiles, and other materials) within Camble.

5.2. You retain ownership of your content but grant Chat Technology a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for operational, promotional, and marketing purposes.

5.3. You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise violates this EULA or our Terms of Service.

5.4. Moderation, Reporting, and Enforcement:

  • Camble maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable, abusive, or sexually explicit content, as well as for harassment or discrimination of any kind.
  • Users may report any objectionable content or behavior directly within the App.
  • Users may also block other users to prevent further contact.
  • Reported content will be reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken within 24 hours, including removal of the content and suspension or termination of offending accounts.
  • Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination without refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for harassment, spamming, fraud, or any unlawful activity;
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App's functionality;
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or any harmful material.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of Camble is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using Camble, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with that policy and with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with all devices, or the accuracy of any content or communication.

8.3. You use Camble entirely at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chat Technology and its affiliates shall have no financial or consequential liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the App.

9.2. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount you have paid (if any) for the use of Camble within the past twelve (12) months — or zero, if no payment was made.

9.3. You agree that Camble is not responsible for user interactions or content posted by third parties.

10. Termination

10.1. The Company may suspend or terminate your access to Camble at any time, without notice, if you violate this EULA or any applicable law.

10.2. Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ends, and you must delete all copies from your device.

11. Updates and Changes

11.1. We may update this EULA at any time by posting a new version at camble.chattech.io/legal/docs/eula.

11.2. Continued use of Camble after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11.3. Significant updates may be communicated via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
