Camble Terms of Service

This Terms of Service agreement (hereinafter the "Terms") constitutes a legally binding contract between Chat Technology (referred to as "we," "us," or the "Company") and the users (referred to as "you" or the "User") of the Camble platform, which encompasses our websites (including chattech.io), mobile applications (the "App" or "Platform"), and any associated services or materials provided therein. You are required to review these Terms prior to accessing the Platform. If you do not agree with any provision set forth in this document, you are strictly prohibited from using the App, the website, or any related services, and you must cease all usage immediately.

Adherence to the provisions of these Terms, including all supplementary annexes, is mandatory for the entire duration of your interaction with the Platform. You are considered to have accepted these Terms and agreed to be bound by them if any of the following events occur:

  • You install or download the App;
  • You access or browse the Platform via a web browser on any device;
  • You register an account on the Platform;
  • You communicate with us via the App or through contact information provided within the Platform.

Notwithstanding the preamble above, we reserve the right, at our exclusive discretion, to request your specific consent to particular terms periodically; however, such requests do not constitute a replacement of the original Terms unless explicitly stated.

1. Platform Usage & Intellectual Property

1.1. Your utilization of the Platform is regulated by these Terms, the Privacy Policy. Certain features may be subject to additional guidelines posted within the App. "Related materials" and "informational assets" refer to any data hosted on the Platform, including but not limited to: source code, text, graphics, audiovisual content, sound effects, animations, analytics, logos, and video files.

1.2. It is strictly forbidden to utilize the Platform for purposes unrelated to personal communication, such as data mining user information, broadcasting commercial advertisements, or other business activities. Your conduct during communication must be lawful, safe, and respectful, adhering strictly to these Terms. The Company maintains a list of prohibited actions. By engaging in communication on the Platform, you commit to complying with these rules.

1.3. Users may choose to share personal data with others within the Platform. The Company explicitly states that it cannot guarantee the safety of direct contact with other users. Modern technology allows individuals to locate or gather private details about others with minimal data points. If you suspect a user is bullying, harassing, or utilizing your personal data for illegal intent, we advise you to contact local law enforcement first, and then notify us so we may block the offending user. If another user exposes themselves (nudity) or sends pornographic material, you must ensure no minors view this content, immediately report the incident via the "Report" button, and cease communication. Such behavior is a violation of these Terms.

1.4. Given that the Platform and all contained materials constitute intellectual property owned by or licensed to us, you acknowledge this ownership and agree to the following usage conditions:

  • We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access the Platform solely within its intended functionality. We may terminate this license at any time without prior notice;
  • This license is valid only for the duration of these Terms and is geographically restricted. Citizens or residents of (a) Iran, Syria, North Korea, Sudan, Cuba, or the Crimea Region, and (b) any jurisdiction where usage violates local laws applicable to you (due to citizenship, residence, etc.) (collectively "Restricted Territories"), are prohibited from accessing the Platform;
  • This license is strictly defined by these Terms. Any rights not explicitly granted herein are reserved by the Company;
  • You are prohibited from reproducing, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting the Platform or its materials for commercial gain without our written consent;
  • You may not utilize any informational assets outside the Platform environment;
  • Your usage rights are confined strictly to permissions explicitly stated in this document;
  • The Platform may require specific permissions to function correctly, such as access to the Internet, local storage, or browser notifications;
  • We accept no liability for interactions between you and third parties, nor for any outcomes resulting from Platform usage.

1.5. Basic access to the Platform is provided free of charge. However, the Company reserves the right to introduce fees for access to the App or specific content at any time.

1.6. The Platform is exclusively for legally competent individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is higher). By using the Platform, you warrant that you possess full legal capacity and meet the age requirement of 18+ (or the relevant age of majority).

2. User Accounts

2.1. To enter this Agreement, you must be an individual person; legal entities are prohibited from registering. By using the Platform, you certify that you have no felony convictions and are not a registered sex offender. If these representations are found to be false, your account will be terminated immediately without refund.

2.2. Usage requires creating a user profile. We retain the exclusive right to approve or reject registrations. You agree to the following registration principles:

  • We may refuse registration without providing a justification;
  • You must provide accurate identity data and never use third-party data without authorization;
  • Contact details (email, phone) must be unique and not previously used in the system;
  • You are responsible for keeping your profile data current;
  • You may upload a profile picture and manage it at any time;
  • You may strictly register only one (1) account;
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password;
  • You are solely responsible for backing up access methods to your account;
  • Any activity conducted through your account is deemed legally performed by you;
  • We reserve the right to verify your identity and data.

2.3. Providing false information may degrade service quality and lead to account blocking. Using photos of other people or inanimate objects as a profile picture is prohibited and considered misleading.

2.4. The Company may employ mechanisms to block access for minors or users from Restricted Territories. We reserve the right to ban accounts immediately if we suspect violation of location or age restrictions.

2.5. Registration involves transferring personal data, processed under our Privacy Policy.

2.6. Mandatory Age Verification. To strictly prevent minors from accessing age-gated content and to comply with laws, every user must pass Age Verification before interacting on the Platform.

2.6.1. Verification Process & Consent

  • The primary verification method uses an automated flow via our third-party verification partner.
  • The partner will capture a video selfie to analyze facial geometry (biometrics) solely for age estimation and liveness checks.
  • Explicit Consent is required before this process.
  • Data Purging: The biometric data and original selfie are deleted by the partner immediately after generating the age estimation. We only receive a "Pass" or "Fail" result.
  • If verification fails after allowed attempts, we reserve the right to permanently ban the account.

2.6.2. Appeal & Manual Review — If automated verification fails, Users have the Right to Appeal via manual review:

  • Contact Support and submit a valid government ID.
  • A Support Agent reviews the ID solely for age confirmation.
  • The ID copy is permanently deleted immediately after review (processing time < 24 hours).

3. Code of Conduct

3.1. The User agrees to the following technical and operational restrictions:

  • Do not use unauthorized scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform;
  • Do not screenshot or capture other users' content or the App interface (unless supported by app functionality);
  • Do not compromise the Platform's integrity, bypass security, or distribute malware;
  • Do not disseminate content on our behalf without permission;
  • Do not share data obtained within the App externally, except via provided sharing tools;
  • Do not disrupt the Platform's operations or replicate its functionality.

3.2. Offensive, defamatory, or injurious behavior is prohibited. You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your conduct.

3.3. You are responsible for complying with all local and international laws.

3.4. Breach of these Terms results in forfeiture of unused subscriptions/funds without refund.

3.5. We prioritize safety. Report illegal content via the in-app tool or to legal@chattech.io. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.

3.6. Violating content is removed immediately. Repeat offenders face bans. Users may appeal removal decisions.

3.7. Illegal content may be reported to law enforcement agencies.

3.8. Communication occurs via video/text. You must NOT post Content that:

  • Violates laws;
  • Infringes IP rights (copyrights, trademarks);
  • Is hateful, racist, violent, obscene, or defamatory;
  • Invades privacy or persecutes others;
  • Promotes piracy or hacking;
  • Is pornographic or sexually exploitative;
  • Depicts sexual violence, incest, necrophilia, or promotes suicide/self-harm;
  • Instructs on crimes (weapons, drugs);
  • Phishes for passwords/data;
  • Distributes ads/spam;
  • Reveals private data (banks, SSNs, addresses);
  • Contains viruses;
  • Is deemed harmful to the Company's reputation.

3.9. Private chats are not moderated. You accept the risk that other users may behave offensively.

3.10. We do not own or control User Content and make no quality warranties. We reserve the right to remove Content at will.

3.11. Specific prohibitions for Streamers/Content Creators:

  • No dangerous broadcasts;
  • No content designed to hurt feelings;
  • No coercing others to break laws;
  • No implying false endorsement by the Company;
  • No political campaigning or solicitation of political donations;
  • No charity requests;
  • Promotion of social accounts is allowed only if lawful.

3.12. We are not obligated to monitor Content but may do so. We assume no liability for User Content.

3.13. We may delete inappropriate Content. While we try to protect streams from theft, we cannot guarantee third parties won't record them.

3.14. Child Safety (CSAE): Zero tolerance for child exploitation/abuse content. Posting such material results in an immediate permanent ban and a report to law enforcement.

3.15. Report child safety violations immediately to legal@chattech.io.

3.16. Minor Safeguards:

  • Verification: Strict 18+ checks at signup.
  • Monitoring: AI and human moderation to stop harmful content.
  • Enforcement: Lying about age leads to a permanent ban.

3.17. By using the Platform, you confirm you are 18+.

4. Virtual Items and Payments

4.1. The App is free to download, but features may require "Gems" (virtual currency). Gems are digital items with no monetary value outside the App. They are non-refundable and deemed consumed immediately upon purchase/allocation.

4.2. The Company accepts payments via various methods. You authorize us to charge your selected Payment Method for purchased features.

4.3. Purchases made via Third-Party Stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) are billed by those platforms and subject to their terms.

4.4. No Refunds: All sales are final. No credits for partially used features are provided, except where required by law.

5. Anti-Fraud & AML Policy

5.1. We are committed to preventing fraud and money laundering (AML).

5.2. You agree NOT to:

  • Use stolen/unauthorized payment methods;
  • Conceal funds' origins;
  • Engage in money laundering;
  • Use in-app currency for illicit deals;
  • Exploit system bugs for gain.

5.3 - 5.8. We may request ID to verify accounts. Fraudulent accounts are terminated without notice. Violators may face legal action. Contact legal@chattech.io for questions.

6. Human Rights Policy (Anti-Slavery)

6.1. We maintain a zero-tolerance stance against modern slavery and human trafficking.

6.2. Prohibited Content/Actions:

  • Depicting or promoting forced labor/trafficking;
  • Recruiting or coercing individuals for exploitation;
  • Facilitating trafficking indirectly.

6.3. Our Measures:

  • Monitoring: AI and human review of content.
  • Reporting: Users can report violations via the App or email.
  • Action: Validated reports lead to immediate removal and bans.

6.4 - 6.8. Violations result in immediate termination. Suspected trafficking is reported to law enforcement. Contact legal@chattech.io for concerns.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

7.1. The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or compatibility with all devices.

7.2. We are not responsible for third-party links or resources found on the Platform.

7.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is NOT liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of the Platform.

7.4. We are not liable if you fail to understand these Terms or fail to achieve desired outcomes.

7.5. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against all legal claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

7.6. You bear full responsibility for any legal consequences of your unethical or illegal use of the App.

8. Notices & Termination

8.1. We may send service notifications. You are responsible for checking your communications.

8.2. This Agreement remains valid until terminated. We may suspend/terminate your access at any time.

8.3. You may terminate by sending a 10-day notice to legal@chattech.io or by deleting your account via the App settings.

8.4. Upon termination, access rights cease.

9. General Provisions & Governing Law

9.1. All IP rights belong to the Company.

9.2. You may not sublicense, sell, or transfer your account rights.

9.3. This Agreement (including Privacy Policy) represents the entire understanding between you and us.

9.4. This version supersedes all prior agreements.

9.5. Amendments take effect immediately upon posting.

9.6 - 9.8. No partnership or agency relationship is created. This is an electronic agreement with full legal force.

9.9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Mauritius. All disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mauritius.
